AnthrpomorphusAether
During Allison's Sophomore year at the University of South Carolina, she exhibited a selection of her works in the student gallery of the Art Department. This show, called AnothrophomorphusAether, consisted of 12 drawings and 5 sculptures. The show ran from November 8-12 2010 with an opening reception on the 9th.
"AnthropmorphusAether was an exploration of intimate human relationships and spirit. By using animals forms, I was able to develop a language that was ambiguous yet familiar, similar to the way we understand animals themselves. Each work is meant to embody an ethereal personality, a second sense of self."
